Complaints and Returns

Returns

All items returned for exchange must be in saleable condition, unworn, undamaged and in the original net and undamaged packaging with tags still attached. Merchandise with the odour of smoke, styling products, etc. will be returned to the customer at customer's own expense. Do not mark, tape or attach anything to the packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. In the event of a product or item being faulty on receipt, defective products or items will be replaced with a similar or alternative item.

If you have a problem with your order, please send an email or telephone us on 0871 983 0406 (9am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday).

We will respond to your complaint within 1 working day.

We aim to resolve all complaints within seven working days.

We will keep you fully informed during the process.
